The Clinical Supervisor is responsible for managing Clinical Allergy Specialists/Clinical Allergy Technicians while delivering on clinical protocols, quality, patient care, and all company budgeted metrics.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor’s degree or five (5) to seven (7) years of equivalent work experience.
BACKGROUND & EXPERTISE:
Three (3) to five (5) years management experience or the equivalent leadership and work experience.
Knowledge of UAS clinical protocols, field operations, internal support structure, and company goals.
Intermediate to advanced level competence with MS office, MS Excel, Salesforce and database software.
