  • Job Description

    The Sales and Marketing Coordinator will be primarily responsible for providing direct support to the Marketing Manager & Sales Team in the ongoing development of the UAS Brand.  This role will assist with the project implementation and management of existing and new programs including, but not limited to, production and distribution of collateral, online brand presence, lead generation, trade show management, research, and employee engagement.

    Responsibilities

    ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

    • Manages national tradeshow activities. Ensures timely accurate registration and delivery of booths, visuals, samples and collateral materials. Collects, tracks and analyzes sales leads generated by trade shows and provides reporting.
    • Manages digital content for internal and external sites
    • Creates, edits, orders and distributes promotional items, collateral and presentations
    • Reporting and data gathering to Sales and Operations team and Business Managers
    • Analyzes customer needs, research of customer requirements through first party resources
    • Manages cases, queries and requests from the field
    • Maintains relationships with the Marketing Council, suppliers, employees, providers and the AAAPC
    • Manages employee engagement initiatives
    • Responsible for all administrative duties including coordinating appointments and meetings, conference room scheduling, data entry, coordinating department travel arrangements, coordinating on and off-site events and expense reports
    • Perform any other duties as assigned

    Requirements

    EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

    • Minimum 1-2 years related experience
    • Must be organized with strong attention to detail and time management
    • Must be able to manage and execute multiple projects simultaneously
    • Proficiency in software programs including Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Cloud

     

    PREFERRED:

    • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related discipline strongly preferred
    • Exceptional writing and verbal communication skills; proficient with AP Style
    • Experience with Wordpress, and Salesforce
    • Working knowledge of social media for business, web site management and digital marketing (SEO, SEM, targeting)
