    The Implementation Specialist is responsible for the quality assurance activities of the company to include implementation and physical set up of new clinics. Provide technical training and orientation of new clinic to ensure that all activities are performed at the highest level of established policies and procedures.

    Responsibilities

    ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

    1. Responsible for the physical set up and implementation of new clinics. In addition to driving productivity and influencing others that will result in a successful implementation.
    2. Measured by the completion and quality of all required reporting before, during, and after implementation of a clinic.
    3. Understands and provides technical training in all clinical and administrative processes.
    4. Provides on-site training and operational support during deployment.
    5. Develops and maintains a quality assurance process that supports the company’s goals and performance objectives.
    6. Revises and updates the quality control manual to ensure conformity to the compliance standards.
    7. Performs other related duties as required and assigned.

    Requirements

    EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

    Associates degree in medical field or two (2) to three (3) years of equivalent work experience. Bachelor’s degree preferred.

     

    BACKGROUND & EXPERTISE:

    Two (2) to three (3) years of experience in medical field.

     

    APPLICABLE EXPERIENCE:

    Knowledge of clinical environment.

     

    COMPUTER LITERACY:

    Intermediate to advanced level competence with MS office and database software.

     

    TRAVEL:

    75 - 100%
