Job Description

The Clinical Liaison is a regional point of contact for field operations and sales, providing specialized field support with training programs, quality assurance of UAS protocols and procedures, medical documentation and coding methodologies, and general clinical support as they relate to established protocols and procedures of UAS. This position requires strong communication and presentation skills, effective planning and managing of multiple support activities, abilities to establish and maintain effective relationships with internal and external customers while presenting the desired image of a world class organization revolutionizing allergy care.

  2. Responsible for supporting the strategic goals and objectives of the company.
  3. Prepares and executes training programs/aids such as instructional material, handouts, evaluation forms and visual aids; sets up audiovisual equipment; and deliver presentations when needed.
  4. Assists in the onboarding and tracking of new employee training and makes corrections or suggestions as appropriate. 
  5. Proficient and able to correctly demonstrate UAS clinical procedures, facilitate step-by-step training, and/or evaluate as needed. 
  6. Responsible for reviewing, reporting and communicating activities of the Clinic and CAT/CAS as they relate to compliance with UAS’s clinical protocols and policy and procedures.
  7. Responsible for conducting periodic regulatory compliance and quality audits at the clinical level and audit reporting. 
  8. Creates follow up plans from the quality assurance audits and collaborates with Operations Management for accurate and timely completion. 
  9. Serves as initial clinical contact and resource for field operations and physician partners.
  10. Continuous learning and maintenance of allergy disease state, clinical information, and industry development.
  11. Meets with Physicians and clinical staff to present the UAS service and serve as a resource for clinical and operation concerns regarding new business units
  12. Maintains a general knowledge of the regional payor environment and has an understanding of coding and the submissions of medical claims.  
  13. Performs all other duties and projects as assigned.  





This position requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Regional travel required – 85%.
