The Regional Sales Director is responsible for increasing the overall productivity and effectiveness of the sales organization by leading a team of Account Executives responsible for an annual quota. Reporting to the VP, Sales; the Regional Sales Director will also work closely with Finance, Marketing, Technology, and HR to ensure that corporate resources are effectively leveraged to achieve sales objectives. The Regional Sales Director will also collaborate with their operational counterpart, the Regional Operations Director, to ensure successful clinic implementation, enhance clinic performance and profitability in the first year and establish and solidify strong working relationships for a successful ongoing partnership with physician partners.
